01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using the yes888 platform — including the website at yes888.asia, any associated mobile interface, and all products and services offered therein — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player," "User," or "you") and yes888 (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our").

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions in full, you must immediately cease using the yes888 platform and must not attempt to create an account or access any yes888 service. 02Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• Platform — The yes888 website (yes888.asia), all associated pages, the gaming lobby, sportsbook, live casino, and cashier functionality, whether accessed via desktop browser or mobile browser.
• Account — A registered user profile created by an eligible individual on the yes888 platform, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

• Funds — The PKR balance held within a Player's yes888 account, comprising deposited real money and any bonus money credited in accordance with an active promotion.
• Bonus Funds — Credits granted to a Player's account under a promotional offer, subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable real-money funds.
• Wagering Requirement — The total amount a Player must wager using bonus funds, or a combination of deposit and bonus funds, before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Prohibited Jurisdiction — Any territory or country in which access to or use of online gaming services is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• Verification Documents — Identity documents, proof of address, and payment method verification materials requested by yes888 as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process.
• Self-Exclusion — A voluntary restriction applied to a Player's account, at the Player's request, that prevents access to the yes888 platform for a defined or indefinite period.

03Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the yes888 platform. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. yes888 may request age-verification documentation at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal. If verification of age cannot be completed to yes888's satisfaction, the account will be suspended or closed and any funds may be retained pending investigation.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual person may hold only one registered account on the yes888 platform. Holding multiple accounts — whether registered under the same name, different names, or the same device — constitutes a violation of these Terms. yes888 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any winnings, bonuses, and pending transactions associated with those accounts.

3.3 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, valid Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and any other details requested. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

3.4 Jurisdictional Restrictions

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of yes888 complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and restrictions in your jurisdiction. yes888 makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction. Players in Prohibited Jurisdictions are not permitted to use the yes888 platform.

04Account Responsibilities

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your yes888 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-step verification codes. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances. yes888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

4.2 Notification of Unauthorised Access

If you believe your yes888 account has been accessed by an unauthorised party or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify yes888 support immediately via live chat. yes888 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification.

4.3 Account Accuracy

You must keep your account information current and accurate at all times. Changes to your registered mobile number, payment method details, or address should be promptly updated via your account settings or by contacting yes888 support. Outdated information may delay withdrawal processing or prevent the delivery of account notifications.

4.4 Non-Transferability

Your yes888 account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise make available your account or any funds within it to any third party. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account closure.

05Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

yes888 accepts deposits from Pakistani players via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. yes888 does not accept deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties. All deposits must originate from an account held in your own name.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to your verified payment method. Prior to processing the first withdrawal from any yes888 account, verification of identity (KYC) must be completed. This includes submission of a government-issued photo identification document and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 30 minutes of request. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take up to 3 business days.

5.3 Currency

All yes888 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in PKR. No currency conversion fees are applied by yes888 to PKR-denominated transactions. Any fees imposed by your payment provider are outside yes888's control and responsibility.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

yes888 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly where unusual transaction patterns are identified, or where the withdrawal amount exceeds standard thresholds. Withdrawals will not be processed where active wagering requirements on bonus funds remain unmet.

06Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Eligibility

Promotional offers at yes888 are available to eligible registered players. Eligibility criteria vary by promotion and are specified in the individual offer terms. yes888 reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its sole discretion and to withdraw or modify any offer at any time.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to your yes888 account are subject to wagering requirements unless otherwise explicitly stated in the specific offer terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time period. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the allotted time will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

yes888 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets solely to fulfil wagering requirements; exploiting errors in bonus calculations; using multiple accounts to claim a single bonus; or engaging in systematic play designed to extract bonus value without genuine participation. Where bonus abuse is identified, yes888 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the account.

6.4 One Bonus at a Time

Unless the terms of a specific promotion state otherwise, only one bonus may be active on a yes888 account at any given time. Depositing while a bonus is active may affect the application of any subsequent promotional offer.

07Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Casino Games

Casino game outcomes at yes888 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. All RNG systems in use on the yes888 platform are independently tested for fairness and randomness by recognised third-party testing laboratories. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface. yes888 reserves the right to void any casino game round where a technical malfunction has materially affected the outcome.

7.2 Sportsbook Betting

Bets placed on the yes888 sportsbook — including cricket, PSL, football, UFC, and all other listed markets — are governed by yes888's sportsbook rules. Once a bet is confirmed and the event has commenced, bets may not be withdrawn or amended except where an in-play cash-out option is explicitly provided and available. yes888 reserves the right to void or amend odds where a clear pricing error has occurred.

7.3 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games operate in real time and are hosted by professional dealers via live video stream. Technical issues affecting the live stream that result in a disconnection before a game round is completed may result in that round being voided. yes888 will not be held responsible for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.

7.4 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all yes888 gaming products. Limits are displayed within each game or market. yes888 reserves the right to adjust betting limits for specific Players, markets, or events at its sole discretion, including without prior notice.

08Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the yes888 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, voiding of winnings, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or any subsequent verification process;
• Opening or operating more than one yes888 account at any time;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the yes888 platform;
• Colluding with other players in any game, match, or betting market;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity via the yes888 platform;
• Exploiting software errors, miscalculated odds, or technical malfunctions for financial gain;
• Engaging in systematic arbitrage betting strategies intended to exploit discrepancies in sportsbook pricing;
• Harassing, abusing, threatening, or intimidating yes888 staff or other Players;
• Attempting to access any part of the yes888 platform or infrastructure beyond your own account;
• Using the yes888 platform while self-excluded or under an account suspension.

09Intellectual Property

All content on the yes888 platform — including but not limited to the yes888 brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of yes888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the yes888 platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, display, publish, or create derivative works of any yes888 content without express prior written authorisation from yes888.

Any unauthorised use of yes888 intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies. yes888 retains full ownership of all data generated by or about your use of the platform, subject to applicable privacy laws.

10Privacy & Data

11Responsible Gaming

12Limitation of Liability

• Loss of funds due to technical malfunctions or connectivity issues;

• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment processors;
• Any errors or omissions in game outcome data, sportsbook results, or account balance displays that are corrected within a reasonable time.

In all cases where yes888 is found to be liable, the aggregate liability of yes888 to any individual Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their yes888 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13Account Suspension & Closure

13.1 Suspension by yes888

yes888 reserves the right to suspend or restrict a Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: the account is being used in a prohibited manner; the account details provided are inaccurate or fraudulent; the account is the subject of a legal dispute or investigation; or the account holder has breached these Terms & Conditions.

13.2 Closure by yes888

yes888 may permanently close a Player's account where a material breach of these Terms is confirmed, or where the ongoing operation of the account presents an unacceptable risk to yes888, other players, or the integrity of the platform. In the event of account closure for reasons other than Player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after any outstanding investigations are completed.

13.3 Closure by Player

A Player may request the closure of their yes888 account at any time by contacting yes888 support. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method. Closure does not exempt a Player from any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to the closure date.

14Amendments to These Terms

yes888 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, yes888 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via the contact information on file. Non-material clarifications and corrections may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the yes888 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. 15Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws under which yes888 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable regulatory authority.
